
First started in 1935 by the US Congress, National Best Friends Day for appreciating friends and spending quality time with them has been a great way to improve your life. Or, if you don’t currently have a best friend then take deliberate action to find one. How? Perhaps, today’s haiku will help:
Decrease loneliness –
be a best friend to others –
friendship is healthy.
