Well Patrick, this is a big one for us. I was born about 10 miles away from Beatrix Potters home, our children were totally absorbed in her books and we still have a full set, though a bit battered. Naturally we have visited her cottage in Hawkeshead several times as well as the separate museum/visitor centre based on her characters in Ambleside. Happy days 👍🤦♂️

I love the movie that was made about her life. I did some research to see how accurate it was and it’s pretty close.
